Hmmm, it's more like 10 weeks...should be good to go outside by the 5-10th October. Anyway at least the Mazar, Russian and 2 Black Cheese pheno's that are in flower will have plenty of time... bigjoint:

So my math went wrong somewhere as I only planted 22 beans, of those I lost 1 to fungus gnat larvae, 1 didn't continue to germinate and the other fell victim to damping off.

These are the ones that made it, mostly Black Cheese X Mazar x Materkush, but the biggest one is a Black Cheese X White Russian

Treated them all with Mosquito Wise and they seem to be fine. The plague continues outside though.

Been meaning to add pics of these Black Cheese females for a while. 2 different pheno's one with denser, stinky bud and a bit of purple, the other with airy, almost cat piss smelling bud but it's filling out slowly.

These are the seedlings from the Black Forest Vietnamese Sativa x UK Cheese male that I crossed with a Mazar x Masterkush and a White Russian.

Have taken clones and sent mom out to flower, will report back when things start happening :busy:

Milde I wish I could describe the smell better, first pheno is almost cat piss smelling with a slighly hint of citrus and the second is a much deeper smell that is hard to pin point, but definitely some fruity flavours in there that finish off with an old sock kinda vibe...

Shot bru
All I have given them is some seaweed extract at transplant time. All the nutrients are contained in the soil, when they run low, time to transplant. Just put them all into 12.5cm square pots.
The flowers are in the same mix but they got one dose of fish emulsion to correct a pH problem before flowering and they have had one dose of Biosevia during flowering, and that was only a couple days ago.

Almost done with the Black Cheese females, been around 11 weeks in flower...

This one definately looks like a keeper...still got clones...

Also got this praying mantis chillin' on my White Russian, cleaning things up a bit :bandit:
5737
Pseudocreobotra Wahlbergi - Eye-Flowered Mantis, this mantis (female) is a chiller mostly, waiting for her chow to flyby, that's why she is so well camouflaged. I've seen them chow bees, butterflies, fungus gnats, moths and she is quite happy to much on some trich covered aphids :-)

Yeah that Mantis is rad hey, only found 2 this year though, last year I counted 36 one day in April, only 2 were left by October then they fly away...

Here is a pic of an adult that I shot throughout the course of the year, shown here it has just shed it's final skin and has extended it's wings which will later be tucked away neatly and will gain some colour, especially in the centre of the wing.

m137o, got the Black Cheese from a friend, who got it from a friend.
It is Black Forest Vietnamese Sativa X UK Cheese...All I know for sure is I'm stoked to still have clones from that purple lady.

And a quick update on the seedlings that cracked in the bud...a few aphids rolling around but they seem to be healthy...they are all between 16 and 21 days old, biggest ones are 21 days.

I'm an old school lover myself, I would just love to be able to convert my little digital cam into one of these monster ones. Like take my old school lenses and put it on my little cam. These new 10 - 15 pixel camera's with the nice lenses are damn expensive.
